"Legend" In Support Department Gets Called Out For Whining Too Much

If you've got an established reputation as being a "legendary whiner" amongst the customer service/support department, it's probably best to put a lid on it for future complaints. It sounds like this dude made it his mission to bombard the support department with as many complaints as he could hatch up. What a nightmare.
